McDonalds Distance Competition
The Competition shall be held under SE Laws and Technical Rules. The events will be swum at
Hartsdown Leisure Centre during November/December.
The cost per event will be £5.50 per event.
The competition will be held under the one start rule with all events run as Heat Declared Winner.
The events may be swum during the clubs sessions:
Monday 30th November 2026 Warm Up 5.15pm – Start 5.45pm Mixed 800m Free
Monday 7th December 2026 Warm Up 5.15pm - Start 5.45pm Mixed 1500m Free
The Competition will be SE licensed level 4. Swimmers ages will be determined by their age on the last day of
the competition in accordance with SE guidelines.
The Entry of swimmers not in a Performance or Senior Squad will be totally down to the discretion
of the coaching staff. The purpose of the competition is to qualify for Kents 2027. Awards will not
be made.
